Andrea Turk
Human Resources Manager
Ms. Turk brings more than 20 years of public administration, professional workforce training, and curriculum development experience to her role at F2 Solutions. She has spent the last 10 years of her career in Human Resources focusing on recruitment and performance management. Prior to joining F2 Solutions in 2020, Ms. Turk spent several years as the Director of People Operations for a start-up company, and before that as a Recruitment Partner for one of the largest public school systems in the country.
Ms. Turk is continually active in her community where she volunteers and makes regular donations to local charities. She is a member of several service organizations including the National Council of Negro Women and the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP). Ms. Turk is also a member of several professional organizations including the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the National Forum for Black Public Administrators. Ms. Turk holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Florida A&M University, and a Master of Public Administration, also from Florida A&M University.
